Can I rent a bike today?

ABSOLUTELY!  For Self-Service Rentals; stop by our North Park location or follow the steps to download the app to check availablity.  To Reserve Online, it’s best if you can reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Also, sometimes E-rentals need time for battery charging.

How do I rent a bike?

There are two ways to rent bikes:

1) Our Self-Service Rentals (currently only at the North Park Location): are available during daylight hours; stop by the docking station and/or use the app to determine availability.

2) To Reserve Online: You can go through our website, or feel free to contact the North Park (724-719-6833) or Strip District (412-742-4420) locations and we will be more than happy walk you through the process of reserving online and answer any questions you have.

Do you rent Electric Bikes?

Yes, we do rent E-Bikes at the North Park and Strip District locations. You can go through our website, or feel free to contact the North Park (724-719-6833) or Strip District (412-742-4420) locations and we will be more than happy walk you through the process of reserving online and answer any questions you have.

We have a variety of sizes in carbon and alloy framesets.

What does my rental come with?

For Self-Service Rentals: every rental bike includes pedals and a bottle cage.

For Online Rentals: every rental bike includes pedals and a bottle cage, and a helmet. At times extra helmets may not be available. It’s best to bring your own if possible. We have flat pedals available for all bikes and Shimano and Look pedals available to rent.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing your own riding equipment, water bottle/hydration pack. If you want to install your own comfort accessories additional charges may apply.

Are there trails nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, North Park has numerous road and off-road trails, including a family-friendly 5-mile loop around the lake,  and Downtown Pittsburgh has designated bike lanes throughout the city.   For a general overview, visit our Trail Maps page.

Can I return my rental at any store?

Accepted Answer

No, rentals must be returned to the store you picked up from.

What if I bring the bike in late?

Bikes brought in late will result in an additional charge per bike.
